MY COMMAND
What are the payment options available ?
You can pay online by credit card: we accept CB, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay platforms.
We do not currently offer installment payments. If you are interested, please contact us directly by email at bonjour@jogetjim.fr .
However, we do not accept payments by check or bank transfer.
I want to modify / cancel my order
As soon as your order is validated, we do everything we can to deliver your sports essentials as quickly as possible. Our orders are prepared by hand with care and love.
Therefore, once your order is "being prepared" we are unable to change the delivery address, modify the order or cancel it.
Please note that you have a 14-day withdrawal period, upon receipt of your package, to return all or part of your order. We invite you to make your return here .
There is an error in the content of my order
We invite you to make a complaint by email: bonjour@jogetjim.fr . Upon receipt of this complaint, our Customer Service will process your request as soon as possible.
We would appreciate it if you did not return the item(s) without contacting our Customer Service.

DELIVERY
In which countries do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in Europe.
For deliveries outside France, additional charges and customs fees may apply.
I have a question about delivery
Once the package has been taken care of by our carrier, you will receive an automatic email containing a link allowing you to follow the delivery of your order.
Be sure to check the delivery times provided by the carrier you have chosen. Note that these deadlines are given as an indication.
It happens that the parcel encounters an incident during the delivery. If the expected delivery date has been greatly exceeded, please collect the information concerning the order in order to contact our Customer Service by email ( bonjour@jogetjim.fr ) so that we can find a solution.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery terms vary depending on the carrier you choose.
Home delivery without signature (France) ▸ €6.99: delivery in 2 to 3 working days
Chronopost Relay Point (France) ▸ €4.99: delivery in 2 to 3 working days

RETURNS
How to make a return?
If you wish to make a return, please use our dedicated returns form . If you encounter any problems, you can send us an email at bonjour@jogetjim.fr indicating "Return" in the subject and specifying your order number, the reason for return as well as your choice (refund or exchange).
If after my first exchange, it still doesn't work, can I exchange again or get a refund?
Of course! We know that it is not always easy to find your size when ordering online. You can request another exchange.
To do this, send us an email to bonjour@jogetjim.fr specifying "Return" in the subject line.
What is the deadline for returning my order?
The usual return period is 14 days to return the item to us. It starts from the moment you place your order on our site.
